Region / Organic fruit from the old family vineyard at Shays Flat, Pyrenees.

Winemaking / Fermented in French puncheons for eleven months. Another 12 months before bottling. 

Tasting notes / A vibrant light to medium bodied red wine with raspberry, plum and red fruit flavours, absolutely delicious.  

Pairing / Up to you but you could serve room temperature or chill it somewhat. WIll go well with cured meats, duck or pork.
