Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir - 2019
$30.00
Only 171 cases made.
Region / Tuerong sub-region of the Mornington Peninsula.
Winemaking / Once crushed and destemmed, then cold soaked for four days and pressed off after 14 days on skins. Aged in old French oak barrels for 15 months.
Tasting notes / Richer and more full-bodied compared to the 2018 vintage. It is more complex and has that minerality including those lovely red berry fruit flavours. A dangerous wine that will disappear too easily on its own or will go with quite a range of dishes.
Pairing / Perfect on its own or will pair well with roast duck or pork.
