Tasting notes / Differs to your typical NZ wine in its richness, yet still fresh and crisp with that great level of acidity you expect of a Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical fruit flavours with notes of passionfruit. 

Pairing / A delicious prawn and oyster mushroom risotto.
