Winemaking / Fermented in French puncheons for ten months.

Tasting notes / A medium bodied red wine with dark cherry and earthy savoury notes. I opened this wine two weeks after bottling and the first comment I got was this is one smashable wine. Don’t say I didn’t warn you but it will disappear quickly once you open it.   

Pairing / I cook a mean spag bol so can't go past this combo.
