Mornington Peninsula Rosé - 2018
Only 64 cases made.

Winemaking / The fruit was crushed, destemmed and allowed to soak on skins for six hours before pressing. Settling overnight, the juice was then cool fermented in old French barrels.
Tasting notes / The focus was to create a dry style rose that really puts the emphasis on the Pinot Noir fruit and its light delicate flavours.
Pairing / Pair with a summer salad, cheese or grilled fish.
